Opening in 2015, Lilotang is Canberra’s most highly awarded Japanese restaurant. Head Chef Shunsuke Ota combines his traditional Japanese training and techniques with new experimentation. The modern Japanese dishes that Shun creates always begin with tradition but have evolved to be very much his own style .
