Through this promotion, we hope to introduce some to new flavours and ingredients, or to reacquaint others with some that remind them of home. We will be drawing on the rich history and tradition of Seafood throughout Asia, providing information and education on where they come from and why they are used. These exclusive menus will be served for the duration of the Feast, through March and April 2017. Both A LA CARTE and TASTING menu options available. Please note that we do cater for all dietary requirements with prior notification.

Kaiseki – the pinnacle of Japanese dining, refined and beautiful. We invite you for a special event at Lilotang, where Head Chef Shunsuke Ota presents you with a menu inspired by Kaiseki dining.

The event will be hosted by Yukino Ochiai of Deja Vu Sake, Australia’s only certified Sake trainer. Yukino will guide you through the sakes that have been chosen to perfectly compliment each course. Find out more about Yukino & Deja Vu.

CRAB FEAST at CHAIRMAN

 

Over the years, there have been many favourites from the Chairman menu – but Mud Crab stands out as one of the most-loved! We will be honouring to beloved dish by giving it its own dinner! The menu will feature whole crab, alongside a host of other dishes… with crab as the main feature of course! Matching wines will be supplied by leading Australian wineries, including:
